The Stables at ft. Concho
Has a bar area which is where the kegs are set up for serving. The kegs will all need setups to keep the beer cold and for serving. The margarita machine is set up behind the bar there as well. If we delivered your beer/ margarita machine we will come pick it up as well. Please leave everything inside. We have a great relationship with Fort Concho and they let us come in the next day to pick up. If you pick up your kegs you will be responsible for returning the kegs back to the Party Barn. •Set-ups are Cups, Ice & Barrel.

The Commissary

Since there isn't an inside here please tell us you are renting the courtyard so we can make arrangements to pick it up. The Vineyards at Christoval
Bart and Wendi usually have us set up in the back of the chapel outside to the left. The kegs will all need setups to keep the beer cold and for serving. This venue has a cooler for the kegs so you will not need a setup. The cooler at Kelly’s holds 3 kegs. If more are needed you will need setups for them and they are kept outside till needed inside. We usually deliver here earlier in the week depending on when Kelly is at the venue. Cain's Cove
Chris’s venue will need keg setups and are usually placed outside on the patio. This is where we also place the margarita machine as well. If we deliver for you we will pick up just leave the machine and kegs inside the venue. The Hideout at Cain's Cove.
This venue will need keg setups and are usually placed outside on the patio. This is where we also place the margarita machine as well. Stars on the Concho

Margarita Machine Information:
Here is everything you need to know about our margarita machines. We will deliver your margarita machine to your location along with kegs or anything else you might need as well for your party. Once we get there we will set the machine up for you and show you how to make your first batch. Please have the person there when we schedule delivery so they will know how to make additional batches. We bring everything out except your tequila, rum or vodka whichever one goes in the mix that you choose. We will leave you more than enough mix. The first mix is free, any mix after the first mix is $25 which will be charged after the party. Any mix you don't use just bring back and we will not charge you. You don't need ice! What we do need is a plug and make sure that it has at least 12 amps. So what this means is don't plug it in next to your DJ or anything else that's pulling a lot of electricity. You have the machine for 24 hours and we will come pick it up the next day. Sorry but we don't allow our margarita machines to be picked up. We have to deliver them. Enjoy.
